Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of placental abruption on the prognosis of mother and child. Methods: Fifty-five patients with placental abruption were divided into mild group( 21 cases) and severe group( 34 cases),the clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The gestational age in mild group was significantly higher than that in severe group( P 0. 05). The abnormal fetal heart rate,B ultrasound detection rate, uterine B-Lynch suture rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group( P 0. 05 to P 0. 01). Conclusions: The clinical manifestations of placental abruption are complex. Early detecting placental abruption and timely terminating pregnancy can improve the prognosis of mother and child.
