The clinical analysis of laparoscopic pyloromyotomy in the treatment of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis in 35 patients

Objective: To summarize the experience of laparoscopic pyloromyotomy in the treatment of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis( CHPS). Methods: The clinical date of 35 patients with CHPS underwent laparoscopic pyloromyotomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All operations were successful. All patients were followed up for 18 months and no complications,and their development were good. Conclusions: Laparoscopic pyloromyotomy is a safe and effective means in the treatment of CHPS,and it has the advantages of rapid recovery,rare complication,less trauma and less trauma.
