The investigation of multichotomous sensitive problems in the workers of a city entertainment venues

Objective: To investigate the characteristics of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome( AIDS) high dangerous behavior of the workers in a city entertainment venues. Methods: The sexual transmitted diseases( STDs) test,human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) test,the proportion of condoms use and breakage of the workers in entertainment venues were investigated by multichotomous sensitive questions randomized response technique and cluster sampling means in licensed medical establishment. Results: The proportion of never examination,uncertain inspection result,unknow the inspection result,negative result and and positive result of STDs in the workers of a city entertainment venues were 44. 889 4%,4. 313 1%,11. 040 6%,33. 506 6% and 6. 250 2% at a licensed medical establishment in recent year,respectively. The proportion of never examination,uncertain inspection result,unknow the inspection result,negative result and and positive result of HIV in the workers of a city entertainment venues were 62. 287 9%, 6. 412 7%,7. 241 0%,23. 703 5% and 0. 354 9% in recent year,respectively. The proportion of no-use condoms,condoms breakage and condoms no-breakage in recently sexual service were 1. 885 8%,22. 107 6% and 76. 006 6%,respectively. The proportion of nouse condoms,sometimes use condoms and always use condoms in last month sexual service were 2. 268 0%,4. 002 2% and 93. 729 8%,respectively. Conclusions: The result of HIV examination in the workers of a city entertainment venues is bad. The use of condom is good,the quality of which need to be improved.
