The value of B ultrasound combined with -fetoprotein detection in screening liver cancer from high-risk people

Objective:To explore the value of B ultrasound combined with -fetoprotein(AFP) in screening liver cancer from highrisk people.Methods:Liver cancer in 1605 high-risk people was screened by B ultrasound combined with AFP detection.Results:Fifteen cases with liver cancer were detected,the positive of AFP in 9 cases were found,6 cases were detected by B ultrasound.Conclusions:The B ultrasound combined with AFP detection in screening liver cancer from high-risk people has important application value,which is the best way to improve the detection rate of liver cancer.
