Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between the levels of myocardial enzymes, cytokines in serum and the severity of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in children. Methods:The serum of ninety-two children with HFMD were collected,25 cases in severe group,47 cases in mild group and 20 cases in control group. The levels of AST,LDH,CK-MB were analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer and IL-13,IL-10,TGF- levels were detected by ELISA.Results:The levels of AST,LDH in severe group were obviously higher than that in mild and control groups(P 0.01),CK-MB level in severe group was higher than that in control group(P 0.05); the levels of IL-13,TGF- in severe group were significantly higher than that in mild and control groups(P 0.01),IL-10 level in severe group was higher than that in mild group and control group(P 0.01),and IL-10 level in mild group was higher than that in control group(P 0.01).Conclusions:There is certain clinical value to find severe cases timely and reduce complication by detecting the levels of myocardial enzymes and cytokines.
