Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of foreseeable nursing on outpatient follow-up patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:One hundred and ten outpatient follow-up patients with RA were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group(60 cases). The control group were nursed with routine care, the observation group were treated with foreseeable nursing(including psychology, adverse drug reactions, joint functional exercise and daily health care). The influencing factors on negative factor difference and RA remission in two groups were compared after following up for 3 and 6 months. Results:After following up for 6 months, the negative factors of observation group were less than that of control group(P 0.05 to P 0.01),the psychological depression and DAS28 score improvement of observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P 0.01).Conclusions:The foreseeable nursing can reduce the negative factors of follow-up patients with RA,ensure the smooth treatment and improve the quality of treatment.
