The clinical effect of natamycin combined with itraconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of 5% natamycin eye drop combined with itraconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods: Thirty-one eyes of 31 fungal keratitis patients were treated with 5% natamycin eye drop combined with 200 mg itraconazole by oral once a day. Two cases and 1 case in the 3 cases were treated with conjunctiva flap covering and corneal transplantation，respectively. Conclusions: The clinical effects of natamycin eye drop combined with traconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis are good.
