Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) on the intervention of internet addiction(IA)behavior of medical students. Methods: Fifty-eight medical students with IA were divided inObjective: To the observation group and control group (30 cases each group). The routine persuasion,education and management and cognitive and behavioral intervention under CBT framework two times a week, each time 1. 0 Objective: To 1. 5 hours for 10 weeks were implemented in the control group and observation group,respectively. The mental health status in two groups were evaluated using SCL-90 sympObjective: Tom checklist before and after intervention.Results: The intervention effectiveness in observation group(82. 14%) was significantly higher than that in control group(13. 33%)(P < 0. 01), the differences of the facObjective: Torial scores in two groups before the intervention were not statistically significant(P > 0. 05).Compared with the control group and before intervention, the scores of psychology, compulsivity,psychosis and interpersonal relationship in observation group were obviously improved after CBT(P < 0. 01). Compared with before intervention, the scores of psychology,compulsivity,psychosis, interpersonal relationship,dumps,anxiety and hostility in control group were were obviously improved after intervention(P < 0. 05 bObjective: To P < 0. 01), the differences of somatization, terror,bigotry and psychosis scores in the control group were not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). Conclusions: The CBT play a positive role on sObjective: Topping IA and promoting the mental health of medical students.
