Abstract
Objective: To interpret the possible anti-tumor mechanism of adenovirus-mediated inhibitor of growth family member 4 (Ad-ING4) by testing the growth and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression of ECV304 cells infected by Ad-ING4. Methods: Adenovirus vector of ING4 was constructed, then the growth of ECV304 cells was detected by MTT,and the VEGF expression of ECV304 cells infected by Ad-ING4 was detected by ELISA. Results: The VEGF expression of ECV304 cells infected by Ad-ING4 decreased, and the growth of ECV304 was inhibited, and the inhibition ratio was 63.6% on the fourth day. Conclusions: ING4 could down regulate the expression of VEGF,and inhibit the growth of ECV304,and ING4 maybe through this way affect growth, and tumor angiogenesis of lung cancer.
