    The effect of clinical nursing path on the negative emotions and pain of patients with gout

    • Objective: To investigate the effects of clinical nursing path on the negative emotions and pain of patients with gout.Methods: Eighty-five cases with chronic joint pain caused by gout were randomly divided into the observation group 43 cases and control group 42 cases.The control group were treated with routine nursing,the observation group were treated with clinical nursing path based on routine nursing.The compliance.psychological status and pain between two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results: The compliance rate of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depressive scale in observation group after intervention were better than those in control group(P<0.01).The pain in observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The clinical nursing path can effectively improve the negative emotions,and relieve the pain of patients,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
