Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical applicable value of percutaneous sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound for lymphatic malformations. Methods:Ten cases of lymphatic malformations were treated with percutaneous sclerosis therapy guided by ultrasound,which the style,location and size were identified by ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging. Results:The lesion in 8 patients were complete disappearance,2 were obviously improved,which required a second of third therapy,the lesion were complete disappearance too. No allergy,no local ulceration and pulmonary fibrosis complications. Conclusions:Percutaneous sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound is accurate, minimally invasive, safe, and reliable for lymphatic malformations in body surface, which may avoid or decrease the happening of complications.
