Abstract
Objective: To investigate the managements of cystic artery bleeding during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods: Sixteen cases with cystic artery bleeding following LC were analyzed retrospectively.These methods including absorbing tractional pore completely,exchanging the clips,clipping the artery using titanium clips were utilized to against bleeding.Results: No rebleeding or biliary injury was happened after operation.Only one patient was transformed to open surgery during operation.Conclusions: Cystic artery bleeding is a common cause in the bleeding of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.For a surgeon,mastering proficient laparoscopic technique and management can obtain satisfactory results.
