Peritoneoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy: A report of 116 cases

Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of peritoneoscopy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: The clinical data of 116 cases of ectopic pregnancy receiving peritoneoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The results were successful in all the cases.No complication occurred and no one was converted to laparotomy.The amount of intraperitoneal hemorrhage was over 1 000 ml in 18 cases.All the cases were cured.Conclusions: Peritoneoscopy is the choice treatment for ectopic pregnancy,and it is also safe for women with shock ectopic pregnancy.
