Evaluation and prognostic correlation analysis of dynamic electrocardiogram and serum IMA and Gal-3 levels in acute myocardial infarction

    • Objective To explore the evaluation of Holter and serum ischemia modified albumin (IMA) and galectin-3 (Gal-3) on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the correlation analysis of prognosis.
Methods A total of 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the research objects, all of whom were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and were followed up for 1 year. They were divided into the poor prognosis group (n = 35) and the good prognosis group (n = 67) according to the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). Fifty-one healthy people were selected as the healthy control group at the same time; The Holter parameters QT interval dispersion (QTd), QT dispersion corrected by heart rate (QTcd), standard deviation of NN interval (SDNN), onset of oscillation (to), slope of oscillation (TS), IMA, Gal-3 were compared among the three groups.
Results The SDNN and TS of the poor prognosis group were lower than those of the good prognosis group and the healthy control group, while the TO was higher than that of the good prognosis group and the healthy control group (P < 0.05 ~ P < 0.01). IMA and Gal-3 in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group and the healthy control group (P < 0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that SDNN, TS decreased and TO, IMA, Gal-3 increased were independent risk factors for poor prognosis of AMI patients (P < 0.05 ~ P <0.01). ROC curve analysis showed that, The AUC values of SDNN, to, TS, IMA, Gal-3 and their combination in predicting the poor prognosis of AMI patients were (0.728, 0.748, 0.743, 0.773, 0.779, 0.983, P < 0.01).
Conclusion The dynamic electrocardiogram parameters and serum IMA, Gal-3 showed an abnormal expression trend in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Detection of their changes is conducive to provide guidance for prognosis evaluation.
