Clinical analysis of 43 early on set severe preeclampsia

Objective:To investigate the early onset of severe preeclampsia and maternal child treatment outcome.Methods:Forty-three patients with early onset severe preeclampsia patients were generally treated according to the condition of patients,looking forward to treatment and termination of pregnancy.Analysis of different treatment regimens mother child outcomes.Results:The gestational age > 32 weeks of neonatal and perinatal mortality of children was obviously lower than 32 weeks before the termination of pregnancy (P<0.01).Conclusions:Nearly 34 weeks gestation and early onset severe preeclampsia,pregnancy can be terminated by promoting the maturity of fetal lung.32 weeks of pregnancy before the early onset severe preeclampsia,mother's complications was not increasing with prolonged gestational ages under strict monitor.
