Analysis of effect of three-class nurse responsible system on the quality of clinical care

Objective: To evaluate the value of the three-class nursing responsibility system in improving the quality of the clinical care.Methods: According to the general situation of hospital nursing staff,Department of Nursing will set management mode in order to analyze and make a comparision between the nursing quality before and after the application of three-class nursing responsibility system.Results: Indexes of clinical nursing quality and degree of patients' satisfaction have been improved significantly (P<0.01).Conclusions: Three-class nursing responsibility system makes reasonable use of nursing staffing,which is an effective means to improve the quality of clinical care.
