Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of urination training in bed before percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) on the occurrence of uroschesis and hemorrhage in the puncture site after PCI.Methods: One hundred and two patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=52) and control group(n=50).The observation group were trained to urinate in bed before PCI,and the occurrence of uroschesis and hemorrhage in puncture site after PCI were compared. Results: The occurrence of uroschesis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the occurrence of hemorrhage in puncture site in observation group was also lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: This study shows that urination training in bed before PCI can effectively decrease the occurrence of uroschesis and hemorrhage in puncture site after PCI.
