Abstract
Objective: To investigate the intervention effects of comfort care on the quality of life in patients with coronary stent implantation.Methods: Seventy-two patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the observation group and control group using the random number table method(36 cases each group).The conventional measures,which included admission assessment,condition observation,diet care and preoperative and postoperative preparation,in two groups were implemented,and the observation group were additionally treated with comfort care mode.The anxiety and depression before and after treatment,and the quality of life after treatment in two groups were evaluated.Results: The scores of postoperative physical function,psychological state,social relationship,independence,environment and overall quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group after operation(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the anxiety and depression in observation group were significantly improved at 15 and 30 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions: Comfort care can relieve the anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life of patients with coronary stent implantation.
