Risk factors related to fatality of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive treatment

    • Objective: To investigate risk factors related to death of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive treatment and increase the survival rate. Methods: The risk factors related to death of 24 patients among 86 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive treatment were analyzed. Results: The operation time, the hemorrhage location and amount, age, related complications were main factors which affected the survival rate. Conclusions: Selection of operation time, minimally invasive clearance of hematoma, prevention of hematoma enlargement and prevention of complications are important elements for improving prognosis.
