The extraction process of Jieyu Qingxin granuLes was optimized by Box-Behken response surface method with multi-index comprehensive scoring method combined

    • Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Jieyu Qingxin granules.
Methods Extraction time, amount of water added and soaking time were considered as factors, the extraction process of Jieyu Qingxin granuLes was optimized by Box-Behken response surface method, with the paste yield and the contents of paeoniflorin, aLbiflorin, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid.
Results The optimaL water extraction process of Jieyu Qingxin granuLes was determined to be two extractions, each lasting 120 minutes, with 10 volumes of water added and a soaking time of 90 minutes. After three experiments, the average composite score was 7.802.
Conclusions The optimal extraction process of Jieyu Qingxin granules obtained by Box-Behken response surface method with multi-index comprehensive scoring method combined which is stable and feasible.
