Objective To construct the humanistic care scheme for nursing aide based on the background of TCM health care, and provide the reference for clinical training of nursing aides.
Methods Based on Swanson's care theory, through literature research and semi-structured interviews, 17 experts were consulted by correspondence with Delphi method. The humanistic care and nursing scheme for medical caregivers based on the background of TCM health care was finally determined.
Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 94.44% and 100.00% respectively, the expert authority coefficients were 0.856 and 0.888 respectively, and the Kendall's Concorde coefficients were 0.256 and 0.315 respectively. The humanistic care and nursing scheme for medical caregivers the background of TCM health care was finally determined, which included 5 first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators and 83 third-level indicators. There were five items each for training methods and evaluation approaches.
Conclusions The humanistic care program for medical caregivers constructed in this study is scientific, comprehensive and specialized. The training methods are diverse, and the evaluation methods are comprehensive and objective. It can provide the theoretical references for the standardized training of humanistic care for medical caregivers in the context of traditional Chinese medicine health care.
