Clinical observation of vinorelbine plus cisplatin in treatment of recurrent metastatic breast cancer failed taxane chemotherapy

Objective: To investigate the effect of vinorelbine (NVB) plus cisplatin (DDP) regimen on recurrent metastatic breast cancer.Methods: Twenty-eight patients with taxane chemotherapy in patients with metastatic breast cancer were treated with NVB plus DDP program.NVB was 25 mg/m²,iv d₁,d₈;DDP was 25 mg/m²,iv d₁-d₃.The period was 21 days.The effect was evaluated after two periods.Results: In 28 patients,complete remission 2 cases,partial remission 11 cases,stable 10 cases,progress 5 cases,the total effective rate was 46.4%.One site metastasis rate was 50.0%,two or more than two parts metastasis rate was 43.8%.Conclusions: NVB plus DDP for treatment of taxane chemotherapy in recurrent metastatic breast cancer with failure plays a certain efficacy,and the toxicity can be tolerated.
