Protective effect of buflomdil hydrochloride on the neuron of damaged sciatic nerve in rats

Objective: To observe protective effect of buflomdil hydrochloride on the neuron of damaged sciatic nerve in rats.Methods: Sciatic nerve lesion model was established in rats,and the morphological changes of neuron cells of DRG treated with buflomedil hydrochloride were observed by light and electron microscope.Results: At the end of 4 weeks,buflomedil hydrochloride significantly decreased the damage of neuron of DRG.Conclusions: Buflomedic hydrochloride shows protective effect on neuron damaged sciatic nerve.
