    A comparison of flurbitrofen and morphine intravenous analgesia for chest operation patients

    • Objective: To evaluate the influence of flurbitrofen,morphine patient-controlled intravenous analgesia on chest operation patients.Methods: Forty chest operation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:flurbitrofen group,morphine group.After operation,the effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results: The analgesic effects of two medications were both satisfactory.For occurrence number of adverse reactions,morphine group were significantly more than flurbitrofen group.For adverse effects of postoperative 8 hour,morphine group were significantly more than flurbitrofen group;for the other times,the differences of two groups weren’t significant.Conclusions: For chest operation patients,the effects of flurbitrofen were trusty and its adverse effects were less.
